Our Carbon Reduction Initiatives

One of the most important carbon reduction initiatives we have established is incentivising our senior executive management through their Short Term Incentive plans to improve our ESG metrics. Specifically, this sets out a 10% weighting based on their performance pay to promote our sustainability progress including improved GHG data collection, reporting across all GHG Protocol scopes and inclusion of ESG standards (incl. carbon ratings and reduction disclosures) within tier 1 supplier contracts.
