Since the last survey, we’ve applied midyear pay reviews and improved retirement saving, health care plans, and parental leave in different markets. We also expanded our Employee Stock Purchase Plan to new markets, and improved communication on benefits to help you choose the best offerings for you and your family.
We want more professional and career development.
We started our KBR Pathways internal career fairs series, expanded Agile Performance and Development globally, began formal training for frontline leaders, pulled together skills of the future training (from cloud and cyber to data science and digital engineering), established LaunchPad for early-career professions, provided guidance on coaching and mentoring, and much more!
We should celebrate special events and have more fun.
Across KBR, our people have been reconnecting in fun, social settings, while celebrating different cultures, holidays, and recognition days both in person and online. From ice-cream social events and bowling competitions to global town halls and dozens of ERG (employee resource group) events, 2023 has been a busy year and there’s more to come!
