Thank you!
Our people
I’d like to reiterate Stuart’s "thank you” to all 17,000 employees who took the time to complete this survey. My primary role as chief people officer for KBR is to ensure we put our people first, and your feedback provides clear guidance to me on the areas where we are doing well and those where we can do better. It is critical insight as we shape our plans for our people every year, so I thank you sincerely for your transparency and honesty in completing the survey again this year.
Our managers
It is clear from reading the survey comments that our managers are working hard to support their teams while delivering for our customers and for KBR. You have a very demanding role, and I thank you for your loyalty and leadership. We recently conducted several focus groups to obtain managers’ feedback on how we can support you better and heard clearly that we need to simplify our processes and embed recent initiatives before launching new programs, so this will be our focus as we move forward into 2024.
Our ERGs
The wide range of ERGs in KBR form a very special community. With our EVP’s focus on creating opportunities to belong, connect and grow, the ERGs provide a tremendous opportunity for all our people to bring this promise to life. I would like to thank the ERG leads in particular for the extra efforts you put into these groups on top of your day job. The positive impact you are having is clear in the survey results, and I look forward to our continued collaboration in making KBR the best employer for top talent.
The People team
The People team of KBR is central to delivering for our business and for our people, and your commitment to this mission is paying dividends as our survey results improve year after year. Thank you for your support and collaboration and for your commitment to ensuring we act on the feedback received. The PPS project team has done another excellent job this year, and we are all grateful for your extraordinary efforts in delivering a successful survey.
