Purpose provides a deeper meaning to work beyond daily tasks and challenges. It taps into the human need for significance, connection and contribution, leading to a more fulfilling and productive work experience for individuals and better outcomes for organizations. This PPS feedback gives us an overall 81% positive score for Purpose, with some variances by business unit, country and level in the organization, and we will continue to promote and celebrate our mission focus to help attract new talent to KBR and motivate our employees — because we do work that matters.
