
Inclusion for All
Mentoring and sponsorship are valuable for all employees to help them grow and progress at KBR. They can be particularly important for diverse employees who have not historically had the same career development and advancement opportunities as other colleagues. For example, mentors can help level the playing field by providing advice and support, particularly where role models from underrepresented groups are less common, and sponsors can provide access to networks that diverse talent may not naturally access without the sponsor’s intervention.
