CHECK-IN CONVERSATION GUIDE
As part of KBR Agile Performance and Development, managers are encouraged to hold Check-ins with team members at least quarterly to discuss goals and priorities, individual performance, feedback and development. Employees are encouraged and empowered to initiate conversations with their team leaders when needed.
