KBR completed mobilization, placement, and construction of assets (tents, latrines, power generation, laundry, etc.) across Poland, Germany, Latvia. In addition to base life support services, KBR provides airfield management services in support of Contingency Response Group (CRG) - handling passenger movement and aircraft missions.
Countermeasures Acceleration Group (CAG) in United States
Formerly known as Operation Warp Speed (OWS) – In 2019 KBR rapidly established over 60 sites providing critical temporary infrastructure for the trials of the COVID-19 vaccine across the United States. This mission required KBR to purchase or lease, install, and maintain trailers in multiple configurations.
Operation Allies Welcome in United States and Europe
KBR constructed infrastructure equivalent to small cities on greenfield sites at nine military installations in the U.S. and Europe to house 58,000 displaced Afghans during the resettlement process. Not only did KBR provide basic food, shelter and living assistance, but also halal meal options with appropriate cultural food preparation requirements, internet access, medical and dental services, transportation, laundry, morale and recreation services, and cultural assistance to help transition Afghans to life in the U.S.
In 2022, KBR was awarded the Global Impact Award by the International Stability Operations Association for this unprecedented humanitarian effort.
Why KBR?
KBR has supported military contingency activity, on a global basis, since the first major LOGCAP task was awarded in 1992. Currently, under LOGCAP, KBR supports a population of approximately 20,000 personnel spanning at over 50 locations across the U.S and Europe, delivering life support and logistics, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), general construction and health care services.
As part of the LOGCAP V EUCOM and NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled theatre-wide U.S. Army training exercises. In EUCOM, KBR supported Defender-Europe 21 – a large-scale U.S. Army-led multinational, joint exercise spread across multiple European countries. This exercise involved more than 20,000 U.S. and multinational troops. In NORTHCOM, KBR supported Warfighter Exercises 21-3 and 21-4.
