APS-3 GOOSE CREEK, SC

KBR contractors support the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) located on the Naval Weapons Station portion of Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS) in Goose Creek, SC. Working together, a team of USG civilians, active duty Army, and KBR contractor personnel maintain, modify, store, and upload Army equipment and supplies at the APS-3 location and aboard five separate ships strategically located in key areas throughout the world. KBR contractors provide Army units the capability to quickly generate combat power at any location designated by the National Command Authority and, upon direction, can conduct a handoff and of Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS- 3) afloat into any designated contingency location designed.
