All software operated in KBR Vaault® includes continuous security and uptime monitoring (ConMon). Additionally, KBR Vaault® technicians are key partners in software reliability programs, onboarding new product versions, conducting gap analyses, and incident reviews. The KBR software supports a diverse set of missions that integrate and secure commercial cloud computing, mobile edge technologies, telecommunications, and mobile networks into managed commercial services to aid our customers' most critical needs. KBR's dedicated U.S. mission services center provides 24x7x365 help desk and on-call field support. Managed service includes all equipment, software, hosting, and support required for end-to-end operation and management anywhere, anytime.
The KBR Vaault® solution allows all customers to own their data, forever. KBR does not charge additional fees for customers to retrieve or archive their data.
