Welcome
Stuart Bradie
KBR President and CEO
At KBR, our people do incredible work every day, rising to challenges and surpassing expectations to deliver for our customers. The annual People Perspectives Survey (PPS) is one of the most important ways we have of ensuring that we are delivering for our people!
I was very pleased to see a huge increase in our overall participation rate of 10%, with PPS responses up 8% and responses for the PPS+ for KBR project hires up 17%. Thank you all for taking the time to share your views. It is clear from your responses that you care deeply about the health and success of KBR, and, importantly, that we are on the right course with our values and people programs to achieve the vision of KBR as a Great Place to Work for all. Based on your feedback, KBR is now an officially certified Great Place to Work in these 13 countries!

As I travel around the globe, our people tell me that KBR is different, that we live our values and that we make decisions based on them. People who join our organization are impressed that the experience is often better than they expected, and those who leave often return because they discover that the grass isn't always greener. I am personally committed to creating a people-centric, values-driven organization, and it is heartening to see this vision reflected in some of your survey comments. Your feedback shows how your experience compares with our EVP. Several highlights are listed here.

“My direct management is friendly and easy to talk to and genuinely cares about how interesting I find my work and my development.”
“The company has made great strides to improve our benefits. It is a great place to work.”
“It's difficult to put into words as it's more of a feeling but I feel I am part of the bigger picture and my contribution is recognised. Everyone is friendly and encouraged to contribute.”
“Working on projects to make the world a safer place, as part of a cohesive team, is very important to me and helps to make it a great place to work.”
“The openness of culture, acceptance to ideas, flexibility in work are some of the key benefits that make KBR a great place to work.”
This report is for all of KBR. Transparency is key, so each year we share the insights and feedback you gave to help us all understand where we are and where we can focus to get even better. In that spirit, we are sharing both the successes and the areas for improvement.
For 2024, we ran the core PPS and the PPS+ survey for project hires and added a focused Poland survey for a new population. The chart below shows the growth in our participation rates year over year, with the Poland survey numbers included with PPS+.

The survey is administered by Great Place to Work (GPTW) to ensure all responses remain anonymous and to give us global benchmarks for how we stack up in different countries and compared to industry peers. Even with a greater breadth of participation globally, overall, our scores have held to high standards, with 84% of our employees stating they agree that KBR is a Great Place to Work.
Our employee value proposition (EVP) is the touchstone for your experience as an employee. We want everyone to feel they can belong, connect and grow at KBR. The EVP is centered on our shared purpose to deliver solutions that are helping solve the great challenges and opportunities of our time and reinforced by our ONE KBR Values. We want KBR to be an attractive employer where the best and brightest come to build their careers.

Zero Harm
Safety is a bedrock element of KBR and I am very proud of our continued strength in this area.
PPS
96% of the PPS respondents continue to report KBR is a physically safe place to work.
PPS+
We saw the PPS+ response increase 1% to 88% for 2024
PPS AND PPS+
85% of participants on both PPS and PPS+ stated they agree that KBR’s goal of Zero Harm is achievable.
We are unwavering in our commitment to safety and Zero Harm and will continue to engage and push forward.
Belong
In 2024 our employees told us we are an inclusive and welcoming company, showing very high scores for fair treatment regardless of race, physical or cognitive differences, gender, or sexual orientation. An inclusive and welcoming culture is what we strive for at KBR and we are pleased to see this reflected in our scores year over year.
Connect
Connecting with our project hires is crucial. We want them to feel supported so they can deliver for our customers. Following the introduction of the PPS+ last year, we were pleased to see there were almost 1,600 more respondents in 2024, which indicates that there is a strong connection to KBR’s mission. It was encouraging to see that 96% of the PPS+ statement scores held steady or increased, which underscores our continued efforts to deliver on our EVP for all our team members.
Grow
We continue to see an uptick in scores around employee development, reflecting our commitment to providing KBR team members with opportunities for growth. In 2024, scores notched up 1% on PPS and 2% on PPS+ over 2023. We want all KBR people to take full advantage of on-the-job and other developmental opportunities, stretch assignments, and the 24/7/365, mobile-friendly resources in KBR Learning.
As much good news as there was from the survey, we acknowledge we’re not perfect and we continue to identify areas for improvement. KBR is always scanning the environment externally and using your feedback internally to focus our efforts. We share more about these focus areas throughout this report, and you will continue to see initiatives and improvements throughout the coming years.
Best regards,
Stuart
