As we progress through the year, I would ask everyone to think about the strong foundation we are building together at KBR India and the role that accountability in action plays in shaping our success.

We have had a strong start to the year, driven by disciplined execution, a sharp focus on margins, and a commitment to delivering on our promises. This performance reflects a collective mindset where each of us takes ownership and contributes to the organization’s broader goals.

Looking ahead, demand for our services remains strong. We have made solid progress against our annual targets, positioning us well for the months ahead. While we expect continued intensity with ongoing project ramps and key deliveries, we are equally encouraged by a steady pipeline of new opportunities across both our technology and services businesses.

At a corporate level, we remain aligned with our commitments to the market, with full year guidance reaffirmed. This reinforces the importance of staying disciplined, delivering consistently, and maintaining stakeholder trust.

Here in India, we play a critical role in this journey. As the business grows and expectations rise, it is essential that we continue to operate as one integrated team, communicating openly, collaborating effectively and ensuring alignment across functions and geographies.

Over the past year, we have strengthened our leadership structure to enable greater visibility, better collaboration, faster decision making, and a more cohesive approach to growth. This positions us to seize greater opportunities and strengthen our global presence.

The feedback on the quality of our work has been encouraging, but we must continue to improve. Accountability is not just about meeting expectations, but about consistently raising the bar and ensuring our standards match the best across KBR globally.

Looking forward, my vision is for KBR India to be recognized as an integral and sort after part of the global organization, with strong capabilities, enhanced project management expertise, and world class talent. This is an ambition we can achieve through continued ownership, confidence, and accountability.

Ultimately, accountability in action is about taking ownership and pride in everything we do, supporting one another, and delivering outcomes we can stand behind. This mindset will enable us to grow, create greater impact, and unlock new opportunities.
