This quarter has been a testament to the strength of our teams, the scale of our ambitions, and the impact we continue to create across our global operations. As we reflect on our journey, it is an opportunity to recognize our achievements while preparing for what lies ahead.

Our teams continue to provide strong support to global offices including Singapore, Leatherhead, Houston, Wilmington, Abu Dhabi, Al Khobar, and Kuwait, with plans underway to extend this support to Australia and Baku. Today, nearly seventy percent of our work is executed from India, reflecting the strength and maturity of our delivery capabilities. The EM DTI model has demonstrated clear success and is now drawing interest from other clients. Our One India Delivery approach for Green Ammonia, SAF, Hydro PRT, and other KBR technologies is gaining significant traction, while we remain actively engaged in proposals across both public and private sector clients in India.

The BPCL Modularisation Study marks an important milestone, with the potential to open doors for EPCM scope on the grassroot refinery in Andhra Pradesh. In parallel, we continue to strengthen both our capability and capacity, steadily progressing toward becoming a true Centre of Excellence.

Despite evolving priorities, tighter timelines, and increasing complexity, our focus has remained firmly on delivering value to our customers. What truly stands out is not just what we have delivered, but how we have delivered it, through collaboration, accountability, and a strong commitment to outcomes.

By strengthening our planning practices, improving cross functional communication, and leveraging data driven insights, we are building a more predictable and scalable delivery model. These efforts go beyond operational improvement and serve as strategic enablers that position us to take on larger opportunities and create greater impact.
