Avtar (Nipuni Program)

Nipuni is an advanced career‑intentionality program for underprivileged students.

Target: Students aged 18–21 who have completed Grade 12 and are currently pursuing graduation.

The program focuses on grooming and equipping students with: Essential employability skills, Career guidance, Industrial exposure relevant for white‑collar roles

Aims to enable Nipuni scholars to: Break out of the poverty cycle, Access better career opportunities, Grow into future leaders

Kriya Initiative

KRIYA focuses on providing students with project‑based learning opportunities in STEM and Engineering.

Supports students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges.

Enables students to work on projects related to energy security and energy transition, contributing to Net Zero goals.

Advances KBR’s mission of promoting STEM education and shaping the future workforce.

Soulfree INSPIRE Centre

Funding their rehabilitation facilities and essential equipment for the INSPIRE Centre, supporting ongoing upgrades and replacements to improve patient care.

Rashtra Shakthi 10K program

Aimed at empowering 10,000 families associated with India’s service ecosystem.

The families gain practical life skills (stress management, parenting, wellness) and leadership capabilities.

Delivered through a hybrid model including keynote sessions, workshops, and online modules, in collaboration with defense and civil service institutions across India.

Mobile Healthcare Units (HelpAge)

Operate 3 Mobile Healthcare Units (MHUs) in Pune, Chennai, and Gurugram to deliver free basic healthcare services through HelpAge India.

MHUs (tempo travellers) will provide free treatment, medicines, basic diagnostics, and medical counselling to rural and vulnerable communities.

Special focus on elderly populations enabling scalable and flexible outreach.

Promotes preventive health awareness, early diagnosis, and better long‑term health outcomes for the communities served.

Saurabh Sewa Sansthan

Saurabh Sagar Sewa Sansthan is a charitable trust (est. 1 Feb 2010) focused on supporting disabled individuals from underpriviledged sections of society.

To provide high‑tech artificial modular prosthetics to 54 specially‑abled beneficiaries.

The initiative aims to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life for the recipients.

Gas Chromatography Facility

Establishment of a Gas Chromatography facility with TCD and FID detectors at IIT Madras for precise analysis of gaseous and liquid biofuels.

Facility will act as a shared analytical resource for students, researchers, and MSMEs working in bioenergy.

Supports research in clean, green, safe, and sustainable energy technologies, contributing to India’s energy‑transition goals.

Aligns with national and global goals including renewable energy advancement, UN SDGs, and the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Spastic Society of Karnataka (SSK)

Upgrading SSK’s Digital Skill Development Centre with 25 new Dell Vostro desktops + MS Office Pro 2021.

Enables specially-abled children and young adults to learn Desktop Publishing, Designing, and Office Skills.

The upgraded lab will act as a sustainable long-term resource, benefiting multiple batches from underprivileged backgrounds.

Promotes inclusion, skill development, self-reliance, and improved job or self-employment opportunities.
