Connect's Family Day event brought together over 150 KBR family members and senior leaders for an evening filled with energy and celebration. Families showcased impressive in‑house dance performances, adding a warm and personal touch. The casino-themed setup, complete with engaging games, kept everyone entertained throughout the night. Guests enjoyed a vibrant ambience paired with great food and drinks, creating a lively party atmosphere. A professional troupe delivered captivating singing performances, rounding off a truly memorable and well‑orchestrated evening.

IMPACT kicked off 2026 with a series of engaging and meaningful events across learning, community, and professional development. January featured the Focus Series with Mark Claxton, Senior Project Director, whose practical insights on end‑to‑end project management inspired young professionals and sparked rich, interactive discussions. In February, the Model Making – Catapult Challenge brought STEM concepts to life through a hands‑on, creative engineering activity that encouraged problem‑solving and teamwork. The month also saw a high‑energy Beach Cleanup at Elliot’s Beach, where 100 participants including 34 enthusiastic young eco‑champions came together in a spirited effort that blended sustainability, teamwork, and family involvement. Rounding off the month, the Narrative Nexus storytelling challenge strengthened communication and active listening skills, as teams created and retold stories in a fun, collaborative format. Together, these events showcased IMPACT’s commitment to continuous learning, community engagement, and the holistic development of its people.
