Dear Team,

As I prepare to move on from KBR and commence the next chapter in my life, I want to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable journey we have shared. Leading this team has been one of the greatest privileges of my career, and I am deeply grateful for the trust, dedication, and partnership each of you has shown over the years.

Together, we've built a strong, resilient, and high‑performing India business, one that continues to grow, innovate, and lead with purpose. We now have a headcount of around 2,900 across India, and it’s remarkable to see Chennai Operating Centre (COC) alone reaching the milestone of 2,500 last week. This milestone is a testament to your capabilities, performance, and passion which have fuelled the steady growth of the India operations over the last few years. Every achievement is a direct result of the belief in what we can accomplish as Team of Teams. I am incredibly proud of what we have created together, and I carry that pride and a sense of deep fulfilment with me as I move on.

I am delighted to welcome Roderick MacDonald as the new Vice President & Managing Director for India. Roderick brings a wealth of experience, vision, and leadership, and I know he will guide the team forward with fresh perspectives and renewed energy. Please extend to him the same support, collaboration, and spirit that you have always shown me.

While I may be moving on from my role, I will always remain grateful for the relationships we’ve built and the memories we’ve created. I wish each of you continued success, growth, and fulfilment in your careers and beyond. I will be cheering for you all from the sidelines! Take good care of yourself and your families.

Dear Team,

It is a great to address you for the first time through the One Voice newsletter as I step into the role of Vice President and Managing Director for India. First, I want to express my sincere thanks to Geetha Ramamoorthi for her outstanding leadership and the strong legacy she leaves behind. With you, she has built a strong, trusted, and high-performing organisation in India and I wish her the very best as she moves into a well‑deserved next chapter.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve experienced firsthand the warmth, hospitality, professionalism, and pride that define this team. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed, not just as a leader, but as a member of a community that cares deeply about its work and about one another.

As I begin this journey, I am excited about the road ahead. India plays an essential role in how KBR delivers globally today and how we will grow tomorrow. The potential here is extraordinary, and I’m committed to working alongside you to unlock it.

My vision is clear:

Safety will be at the forefront of everything we do. Safety in design, office safety and safety at home will be essential elements of our success.
Quality will remain our foundation. The work we deliver must be first‑rate every time because, it reflects not only India, but the entire KBR brand.
Efficiency and effective execution will be key. The key being reducing rework, staying mindful of budgets and schedules, and upholding the high standards expected of us.
Communication and transparency will guide how we operate together. I will always be open, accessible, and honest and I welcome the same in return.
And importantly, we will be truly integrated with every part of KBR we support, strengthening our impact, our influence, and our contribution to the company’s future.

In the coming months, I hope to meet as many of you as possible. I genuinely want to learn about what you do, what’s working well, and where we can grow stronger together. This business is built on YOU, and understanding your work is essential for me.
