ASME IMECE 2025 – Hyderabad

Recognizing the contributions of our engineering teams, who represented us at the ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition (IMECE) held in Hyderabad on September 12 and 13, 2025. Authors Venkatachalam Narayanan, Ramkumar Salem Gururajan, and Shanmugam Ramamurthy, along with their co-authors, presented high-quality technical papers on FPSO topsides piping stress analysis, fatigue life assessment, and flexibility analysis using Ishikawa diagrams. Their work was highly appreciated by industry peers and the conference committee, showcasing deep technical expertise and collaborative excellence.

CORCON 2025 – Jaipur

Acknowledging the exceptional efforts of our team at CORCON 2025, where they received the Best Paper Award in the Marine Corrosion category. Authors Kumar Gurumallapa and co-authors Hemanth Kumar A, Mohanraj Ramamoorthy, and Srinivas Sridhar presented an insightful paper on corrosion-resistant piping strategies in FPSO, addressing layout and fabrication challenges with cladded and lined pipes. This recognition at a prestigious international forum is a proud moment for all of us and highlights our continuous pursuit of technical excellence and innovation in materials integrity and corrosion control.

Prabudass Palani – P-84 FPSO

Prabudass has demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and ownership in managing critical responsibilities for P-84 FPSO. His work spans machine monitoring, corrosion monitoring, junction boxes, cable glandings, instrument tubing and fittings, and multiple pump packages. His meticulous approach and commitment have ensured smooth execution of complex tasks, reinforcing reliability and quality across the project.

Srinivas Ganga – P-84 FPSO

Srinivas has been the single point of contact for all P&ID-related information on P-84 FPSO, ensuring accuracy and consistency in representation of instruments, signals, and package interfaces. His role as PUN coordinator and his proactive collaboration with design teams and PREs have been instrumental in maintaining project integrity and efficiency.

Sayani Ghosh – Oman LNG

Sayani has consistently shown initiative and ownership throughout the Oman LNG project. Her proactive approach in identifying tasks and delivering results with minimal supervision highlights her strong work ethic and impressive performance during project execution.

Sharanya Subramanya – Vertex HPP2, Katlan FPSO

Sharanya has excelled as PRE for field instruments, including rupture discs and electronic transmitters, across FEED and bridging phases. She has effectively managed key documents such as MTOs, cable schedules, data sheets, MRs, POs, and vendor reviews, demonstrating thoroughness and reliability in every aspect of her work.

Tanvi D Bharadwaj – PyOil / Post Treatment

Tanvi’s readiness to take responsibility, even in challenging situations, reflects exceptional professionalism and maturity beyond her experience level. Her ability to deliver high-quality tasks on schedule has been a major asset to the project, earning her well-deserved recognition.

Vaishnavi Solanke – Shell Manatee, Mota Engil

Vaishnavi has showcased strong technical skills in SPI tagging and preparing data sheets for control valves. Her proficiency in SPI application has contributed significantly to project deliverables, ensuring precision and timely completion of critical documentation.
