Major Project Successes

• Out of a total volume of 2.9 million workhours clocked in 2025, we delivered key projects like Pluto LNG, P80/P83 FPSO topsides, and multiple ExxonMobil DTI projects, contributing over 460,000+ work hours with precision and quality.
• Successfully completed FEED and detailed engineering for projects including Holly Resin Blend Plant, Baton Rouge WCKR, and ACFD Antwerp Belgium within cost and schedule.

Strategic Wins and Growth

• Secured significant projects such as a 400 KTA phenol project, a green ammonia project, and multiple domestic proposals in green hydrogen and fertilizers.
• Expanded our footprint with new collaborations and strengthened client relationships through initiatives like the IS Summit and prospective client visits.

Innovation and Digital Transformation

• We rolled out COMOS database integration, CtCC Quality Dashboard, and migrated to MSD, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced efficiency.
• Advanced technical capabilities with database/property-based simulations and delivered 10 proprietary engineering designs alongside publishing impactful technical papers.

Culture and Engagement

• Launched All In – India pilot and celebrated Family Day, Zero Harm Day, festive events, and well-being sessions, reinforcing our commitment to total inclusion, safety, and collaboration.
• Revived initiatives like the Book Club and hosted multiple engagement activities to strengthen team spirit.

Learning and Development

• To upskill our engineers to leverage digital tools, we have conducted three python cohorts and trained 68 engineers across different location in India, Singapore and Australia. We had also conducted AI awareness training for 200+ engineers across India team. In 2026 we would continue to upskill our team on digital and AI skillsets that would position India for digital and AI transformational journey.
• To strengthen our technical capabilities, six of our nominated team members successfully completed their Advanced AWP certification, positioning Chennai as a hub of excellence. We also nominated a few to participate in the short-term course on offshore engineering at IIT Madras from November 24 to 28, 2025. The five-day program titled Analysis, Design and Production of Offshore Platforms, provided hands-on learning in Jacket Structure Design and Analysis, with a strong focus on hydrodynamic behavior and model testing in real-world simulated environments. These initiatives reflect our commitment to continuous upskilling and technical innovation, ensuring we stay ahead in delivering world-class engineering solutions.

Technical Excellence

• The mechanical engineering team participated in ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition (IMECE) in Hyderabad in September this year and made a technical presentation, which was well-received and appreciated by the conference committee and industry peers. This has significantly enhanced our visibility within the professional community and reinforced our position as a leader in engineering innovation.
• Our piping team participated in the recent CORCON 2025 Conference and received the Best Paper Award in the Marine Corrosion category. It is a proud recognition of our team’s continuous pursuit of technical excellence and innovation in the field of materials integrity and corrosion control.
