Amartya Roy
Amartya has been part of KBR for five years, contributing to various large projects. Currently, he is engaged in a pioneering initiative solely executed from Chennai. His responsibilities include overseeing the team, client relations, and all stakeholders and is recognized for his systematic and meticulous work, earning appreciation from the client on multiple occasions. Amartya is proficient in managing projects according to "The KBR Way."


Arman Ibrahim
Arman has played a vital role in establishing a sustainable safety culture for Sustainable Technology Solutions, spanning Gurgaon, Pune, Houston, and Bad Homburg. His proactive approach at vendor shops and job sites worldwide has been commendable, ensuring safety compliance and influencing clients/vendors to prioritize safety before and during KBR personnel's travel. His leadership in this area has been highly successful and impactful.
Balamurugan E
Balamurugan, with over 25 years of electrical design engineering expertise, is a pivotal member of KBR Chennai's electrical team. Approaching his 10th year with the Chennai Operating Centre, he has made significant contributions to various projects, including feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed engineering. Notably, he led as the PMC for power plant projects (Gas Engine) and undertook a 3-month FEED project assignment in Nigeria. Balamurugan has fostered productive collaborations with KBR's other operating centers - HOC, LOC, AOC, and WOC - earning recognition from clients and colleagues alike.


Chaithra G V
Chaithra is known for delivering quality work and consistently meeting deadlines. She is highly dedicated and punctual in all her activities, making her a key resource to KBR.
Harsh Kumar
Harsh Kumar, as a PSL for Clean Ammonia and Hydrogen, has been an exceptional technology leader. His strong support in winning notable awards, leading teams to deliver numerous licensed packages with challenging schedules, and serving as a trusted expert to clients across various Ammonia projects is commendable. His significant contributions in winning, delivering, and troubleshooting top-performing projects, particularly in special assignments, are noteworthy.


Nithya Meenakshi Sundaram
Nithya is dedicated, committed, and hardworking, effectively managing Shell Manatee. She demonstrates a quick grasp of project requirements and promptly dives into her work.
Pavithra Adaikappan
Pavitra, has made significant contributions to a confidential ammonia urea feed project, earning praise from the project manager. Furthermore, Pavitra dedicated six to eight weeks to conducting comprehensive training sessions for our process department, greatly enhancing their knowledge and understanding in this area. Her dedication to her work, coupled with her exceptional technical skills, drives her performance.


Rohit Hirianna Rao
Rohit is a young Stress Engineer working on the P80 FPSO Project. He has put in additional effort to deliver Isometrics on schedule while accommodating various changes in the project. Despite primarily being an onshore engineer, he is performing high-demand offshore activities by quickly learning the required tasks and delivering results.
Rupini Ravichandran
Rupini has played a critical role in streamlining the tie-out files for earnings reporting. Additionally, she has taken on extra responsibilities and shown adaptability to changes and requests from leadership in both Board Material and Earnings Presentation, all within a short span of time. Her contributions have been recognized and appreciated by Jamie DuBary, Vice President of Corporate FPNA and Investor Relations.


Satya Sai Srinivas Bhavirisetty
Since joining KBR, Satya has been wearing multiple hats. He serves as the WGL on multiple projects - Haradh, Northern Lights - while simultaneously supporting as a Rotating Equipment Specialist in Vertex. Additionally, he is involved as a Trainer for GETs on Rotary equipment as part of ongoing Classroom training.
Savith Naga Mohan Kantheti
Savith excels as a mentor, guiding new recruits while overseeing all projects in Chennai alongside his leadership of Pluto. His valuable contributions are highly regarded by LOC, and he demonstrates the capacity to lead projects from COC as well.


Sriram Seshadri
Sriram, a vital member of the IT Server Storage team, played a crucial role in rapidly deploying servers for the confidential ammonia urea feed projects. He also established and maintains the VDI infrastructure for the Chennai office and oversees server, storage, and tech refresh operations across PAN India.
Sundaramahalingam Subramanian
Sundar's efforts in a confidential ammonia urea feed job modularization study received high praise from the client. He also played a pivotal role in advancing digital development, notably creating a framework for the CSA department, which has since been adopted by other disciplines for database management and dashboards. His outstanding contributions, including recognition from HOC on the Sonangol Project, extend beyond CSA, significantly enhancing KBR COC's value proposition.



Swapan Dabas & Alok Tanawade
KBR secured a contract from a leading Indian oil refiner, to supply KRES(TM) add-on to an existing SMR. This marks the first-ever installation of KBR KRES in a competitor's hydrogen plant, presenting unique challenges like limited site access and equipment size restrictions. Kudos to Swapan, Alok and their team who collaborated to develop an optimized solution to meet client requirements, showcasing KBR's commitment to cutting-edge energy solutions.
