The STS Digital Transformation team is being established in India and will drive the development and implementation of STS Digital solutions in alignment with our digital strategy. Embracing an agile development approach, we have identified potential areas for automation, executing sprints to deliver minimum viable products (MVPs) aimed at enhancing productivity and project efficiency. Chennai is poised to grow as a Centre of Excellence for digital solution development.

On the India market front, we see a spurt in proposals in the energy transition sector. The focus for the next quarter is to provide one STS proposal preparation and project delivery for mainly Global but also selected India prospects. Our focus on India L&D continues, ensuring our teams receive the right training and upskilling support in technical and non-technical areas.

From our diligent work on diverse projects to our initiatives in sponsoring the education of school students, Q1 has paved a clear path forward for us. One of our most notable achievements was sponsoring the education for 10 girl students at the Taramani government school. Through monthly interactions, we're fostering their curiosity in STEM education and highlighting its potential benefits for their future.

Moreover, our headcount has grown significantly, with KBR India now boasting nearly 2,500 employees spread across five offices in Gurugram, Pune, Chennai, and Bengaluru. Looking ahead, our goal is to expand our capabilities further and deliver large-scale projects end-to-end from India across all sectors. The One KBR India culture embodies passion, determination, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations, making our offices centers of excellence in various domains.

As we set our sights on the future, and KBR India progresses on its growth horizons, it aims to evolve into an execution hub for new energy solutions, particularly hydrogen and SAF.
