In today’s dynamic business landscape, collaboration isn’t just a value—it’s a necessity. Whether we’re driving innovation, delivering complex projects, or building stronger communities, our success is rooted in how well we work together. At KBR, we believe that when every voice is heard and every perspective is valued, we unlock our true potential.

That’s why I’m proud to share how we’ve taken a bold step forward with our All In initiative—our commitment to Total Inclusion. This volunteer-led movement is already making waves across five countries, and I’m thrilled that India is one of the pilot locations leading the way.

All In – India is built on five powerful pillars:

These pillars are more than just words—they reflect who we are and who we aspire to be. Through All In, we’re not only building a more inclusive workplace, but also shaping a future, where collaboration fuels progress and diversity drives excellence.

As we move closer to the final quarter of 2025, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each one of you for your commitment, hard work, and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes across projects and functions. Your efforts have been instrumental in driving our success—not just as individuals or teams, but as a Team of Teams.

Thanks to each and every one for your passion, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration, we are entering Q4 with strong momentum and a clear path toward growth. The results we’re seeing are a testament to the power of the shared purpose that defines us.

I would also take this opportunity to urge everyone to focus on continuous learning that covers not just the technical aspects of our job but also the other aspects such as critical thinking, effective communication and digital literacy, which will increasingly equip us to respond to the ever-changing business environment with agility and proactiveness.

Let’s continue to support and celebrate each other and make inclusion a lived experience in everything we do. The road ahead is promising, and together, we will continue to achieve great things.
