Senthil Kumar KA and Sudish N Singh Lead a Seamless Payroll Transformation

Senthil and Sudish have been instrumental in the successful migration of KBR India’s payroll system to ADP — demonstrating unwavering dedication, sharp expertise, and exceptional attention to detail throughout the process.

The initiative officially began with a kickoff meeting in October 2024. One of the first major milestones was the careful compilation of payroll data from April to September 2024 for over 2,200 employees. This extensive task involved consolidating information in the format required by ADP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness at every step.

To ensure a smooth transition, the December 2024 payroll was strategically processed in parallel on both Genius and ADP systems. This dual-run allowed the team to validate ADP’s payroll master data and swiftly resolve any discrepancies. Adding to this success, the Flexi module — enabling seamless CTC restructuring — was tested and rolled out for the first time in KBR India’s payroll system.

The real testament to their meticulous planning and flawless execution came in April 2025, when payroll for the entire KBR India workforce was processed through ADP without a single discrepancy.

As core members of the A&F team, Sudish and Senthil continue to offer their full support and collaborative spirit to future initiatives. Their remarkable contributions have not only ensured a successful system migration but have also laid a strong foundation for operational excellence in payroll for years to come.
