Her dedication paid off as she accelerated the completion rate from 28% to 42% in just four days—a remarkable feat highly praised by our LOC lead, Anand.

Balasubramanian Sakthivel

The AGUP-2 project team recognizes Balasubramanian Sakthivel for his outstanding contribution to the successful completion of COC and LOC Piping and Layout. His leadership and dedication ensured that all piping and layout documentation was delivered on schedule, marking a significant project milestone. This achievement is a testament to his hard work, expertise, and collaborative spirit from the very beginning. We sincerely appreciate his relentless efforts and commitment to quality, which continue to drive our success.

Hammad Ahmed

Since joining KBR, Hammad has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance. Recently, he successfully led the Bin UMAR Project as the Lead Engineer and played a pivotal role as the Static Lead in the Ar Ratawi FEED project.

In addition to his project achievements, Hammad has been instrumental in the technical training of the first batch of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). Simultaneously, he embraced the role of Digital Champion, actively participating in all mechanical digital initiatives. His dedication to guiding young engineers in their digital endeavors is truly commendable.

Keerthikeyan Ayappan

KBR WOC recognizes Keerthikeyan for his outstanding contribution to the successful completion of the piping scope for the Saguaro Unit 900, Phase 1. The project posed significant challenges, with numerous process and piping changes continuing up to the IFC issue. Despite these complexities, Keerthikeyan's expertise, precision, and dedication ensured the delivery of high-quality piping deliverables within a demanding timeline. His commitment played a crucial role in overcoming challenges and driving the project's success.

Selvam Maharaja

KBR WOC recognizes Selvam Maharaja for his exceptional performance in successfully creating the Engineering Dashboard for the Avina PureSAFSF project. His efforts played a pivotal role in enhancing project efficiency and visibility. In recognition of this achievement, Selvam has been awarded the KBR Shout-Out for December 2024. His dedication and technical expertise were instrumental in driving the project's success.
