HR Team Workshop: “Bonding Through Change”
On November 12, 2024, over 20 Human Resources professionals from KBR India gathered in Chennai for an enriching one-day workshop titled “Bonding Through Change.”
This workshop was designed to foster collaboration and team bonding, empowering the HR team to strengthen their connections and enhance their effectiveness in preparation for future challenges.
The event provided a valuable platform for participants to connect, share insights, and build stronger working relationships, reinforcing their collective drive to achieve organizational goals. When HR comes together, they truly create wonders!
International Men’s Day Celebration at KBR India


On November 19, 2024, KBR India celebrated International Men’s Day with great enthusiasm across all its offices. The festivities kicked off with a heartfelt message from our Managing Director, Ms. Geetha Ramamoorthi, who extended warm wishes to all the male allies of KBR.
A key highlight of the celebration was a virtual learning session titled “Let’s Redefine Success, Balance, and Wellbeing.” Facilitated by Ms. Sandhya Lal, a renowned mental health coach and psychologist, the session saw active participation from approximately 350 employees across KBR India.
The celebration concluded on a sweet note with a cake-cutting ceremony at all office locations, marking a memorable and inspiring day for everyone. At KBR, we cherish togetherness and celebrate every event with joy. This initiative, led by the Learning & Development team of STS India, beautifully blended celebration with learning and fun.
Young Engineers Get Hands-On Learning Experience at CFCL, Gadepan: Bridging Theory with Practice
In recent weeks, young engineers from the Technology Center in Gurgaon had the exciting opportunity to visit one of the world’s most efficient plants, Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (CFCL) in Gadepan (Kota), which utilizes KBR’s advanced technology licensing. This visit proved to be an invaluable experience, offering the engineers deeper insights into both KBR’s innovative technology and the operational dynamics of CFCL.
A group of 30 young engineers participated in the visit, divided into three batches. Their enthusiasm was outstanding both before and after the plant visit. They found the opportunity to connect their theoretical learning with real-world operations at the plant. This tour of the CFCL plant, from the battery limit to the product line, provided them with practical knowledge that will undoubtedly enhance their learning and development, shaping the future of KBR.
