Rajarshi Thakurta

Rajarshi Thakurta, with over 18 years of experience in electrical design engineering, has quickly become a key member of the KBR Bengaluru office since joining a year ago. His expertise spans sectors like oil and gas, petrochemicals, fertilizers, metals, mining, and infrastructure, enabling him to contribute significantly to multiple projects. As the discipline lead engineer, he oversees projects executed entirely by KBR India. Rajarshi also supports the electrical discipline’s administrative activities, promoting an agile and innovative team environment. His diverse skills and dedication drive the team’s continued success.

Sureshkumar Subramaniam

As a young engineer with around five years of experience, Sureshkumar successfully delivered his role as the Package Responsible Engineer for a couple of packages in P80 with minimal support, which was well received by SOC. In P84, he has taken up the challenge of delivering a large package (Hydrocarbon Dew Point Recovery) independently, which is commendable. He has also been invited to Singapore for a bid clarification meeting.

Venkat Pushpanathan

Venkat has made significant contributions to P80/83 amidst both known and unknown challenges. His dedication, teamwork, meticulous planning, hard work, coordination within the team and with SOC, transparency in communication, attention to detail, continuous follow-up, and solution-oriented approach have all contributed to successfully meeting the client’s expectations. Beyond delivering on the project, he also inspires and mentors individuals to build their careers.
