KBR TLIS Pune centre has been persistently contributing to develop and expand digital solutions footprints globally for sustainable technologies and various verticals including Ammonia, Ethylene, Phenol, Polycorbonate, Methanol, LNG, K-SAAT, K-COT, Upstream, FCC/Maxofin, Nitric Acid, Plastic recycling, ROSE, K-Green.

The team is highly competent and leverages decades of industry and domain expertise including operations, maintenance, reliability, and smart inventory to offer a set of integrated digital solutions covering the entire asset life cycle, which enable our clients to establish profitable and energy-efficient operations and realize opportunities to reduce operating costs.

TLIS has also started an ambitious ‘Smart Factory’ digitalization initiative for its clients. Designed to enhance plant production, optimize energy usage and improve the life-cycle reliability of the plant - all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility.

One of the remarkable accomplishments is that KBR TLIS Pune centre has built and delivered a scalable and integrated solution for the Nitric Acid plant.

PEQ

Proprietary Equipment are Process Critical Equipment whose functioning has significant impact on performance of the plant and manufacturing of these equipment has some critical aspects which needs to be taken care. By very nature, this equipment are LLI (Long Lead Items) and govern the plant completion schedule.

KBR Pune has experienced team of Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and procurement Management, Quality and Metallurgy, for manufacturing and supply these PEQs from KBR approved sub-suppliers.

From the Client perspective, it’s one stop solution of having single point contact and responsibility for Process Critical Items. Single point responsibility from License, BED and Equipment Delivery of these critical items.
For the success of the technology, team does the detail engineering of the critical components and take increased liability as a licensor to supply modules so put our skin in the game for the success of client’s prestigious projects. Advantages what Client will have from this is Lower Cost, Optimized schedule, Optimized site work.
For all the new Technologies that KBR has launched, we as equipment and module experts work closely with our process experts to identify Process Critical Equipment in our offering.

These then are developed further and offered as Proprietary Equipment / Modular solutions.
