Dear colleagues,

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each one of you for your exceptional efforts in making this quarter truly noteworthy.

KBR India continues to deliver world-class solutions to clients around the globe, and this quarter, we witnessed remarkable growth across all our businesses. Our teams have successfully delivered technology, engineering, procurement, and O&M solutions as ONE KBR STS team. Our shared services teams have also excelled, providing great support to KBR’s global offices. We have seen a significant increase in workshare from various offices, and alongside this, we continue to drive end-to-end solution and service delivery from India. We are steadily advancing on our journey to becoming a Centre of Excellence.

I am proud to share that KBR India earned prestigious awards, including being named India’s Best Place to Work in Professional Services by Great Place to Work and winning the Best Innovative Leadership Development Program at the ET HR World Future Skills Awards. These awards reflect your commitment to excellence.

Our environmental initiatives remain central to maintaining sustainable practices across our operations. Additionally, we are deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce, particularly through our focus on STEM. We are actively engaging with colleges and universities to strengthen industry-academia connections, contributing to the development of a future-ready workforce.

On the Technology front, we made significant strides in developing and acquiring world-class technologies, and securing some great wins globally. Our successes in the TLIS business have also been substantial, providing a solid foundation for sustained revenue growth. As part of our STS Digital initiatives, our team has developed smart solutions to bring efficiency and quality in engineering and design work within Integrated Solutions. These innovations are now being deployed on large projects, and will empower our teams to improve efficiency and quality, while taking on larger volumes of work.

In July, we celebrated the 10th year anniversary of Chennai Operating Centre, a truly a memorable occasion made even more special by the presence of STS President Jay Ibrahim.

Our focus on L&D and training, both technical and non-technical, is helping our people continuously enhance their skillsets. Our commitment to Zero Harm also remains unwavering, and we are constantly striving to raise the bar in HSSE.

Looking ahead, we have exciting new opportunities on the horizon to leverage the expertise and experience of our teams and contribute to business growth and profitability.
