Systems we integrate
Land Range Safety Management Tool
Designed for safer live-fire range activities for the Australian Army, with scheduling, currency management and range-planning support.
KBR worked in partnership with the Combined Arms Training Centre to deliver the Land Range Safety Management System (LRSMT), which plays a pivotal role in range planning, authorisation, management and assurance for safe and realistic live-fire training.
LRSMT is a scheduling and currency management system used by the Australian Army for live-fire range activities. This modern safety system enables the Australian Army to track the qualifications, experience and currency of range-qualified personnel.
Joint Mission Planning System Common Components
Aircraft-specific Unique Planning Components and Common Components for Joint Mission Planning System.
KBR is responsible for the integration and support of the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) for multiple aircraft types and across the Australian Department of Defence's networks.
JMPS provides aircrew with a common platform for mission planning, execution and debriefing throughout Australia. KBR supports this system on fixed and deployable networks.
AusPEX
Coordinating aircrew currency and flight scheduling with modules including Flight Authorisation and Post Flight.
Employed by the Australian Defence Force to coordinate aircrew currency and flight scheduling, AusPEX is a modified version of USAF Patriot Excalibur. To support seamless operations, KBR has developed a range of training modules including Flight Authorisation, Post Flight and Airspace Management.
Hazard and Noise Database
Hazard and Noise Database (HAND) provides a unique database of vertical obstructions and avoidance areas, not found in official databases, empowering defense personnel to input and update hazards. It seamlessly exports the data to Map Stores on the DPE in compatible formats for mission planning and GIS software, aiding ADF aviation safety.
