Michael LaRouche
Chief Executive Officer Designate
Michael LaRouche has more than 30 years of leadership experience across defense, space, cyber, intelligence and government services. This includes senior leadership roles at Serco, SAIC, Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, leading complex organizations that support national security missions around the world.
Michael earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Colorado. He began his career in engineering and program management, developing the technical expertise that would shape his leadership approach. His background includes extensive experience in mission systems, cyber capabilities, space technologies and systems integration supporting national security missions.
Known for his strategic vision and operational discipline, Michael is recognized as a transformation-oriented leader who builds strong teams and cultures focused on performance, accountability and mission success. His technical background enables him to connect with engineers, operators and customers while leading large, complex enterprises.
Nick Veasey
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Designate
Nick Veasey brings to Trinzic more than 20 years of leadership experience across finance, capital markets, aerospace, defense and government services.
Nick is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and began his career as a U.S. Marine Corps officer. Following his military service, which included deployments to Iraq and elsewhere across the Middle East, he earned dual master's degrees from Georgetown University and built a career in investment banking. He later moved into the defense sector with roles at Booz Allen and MAG Aerospace.
While Nick's professional journey has taken him from Wall Street to the C-suite, he says some of his most formative experiences came during his time in the Marines, where the principles of servant leadership and teamwork shaped his leadership style today.
