Celebrating Community in Leatherhead
Located in Surrey, U.K., the Leatherhead campus is a vibrant hub for collaboration and delivery across the business, with around 1,100 colleagues working together across the Hill Park Court and Hill Park South buildings.
Beyond supporting day-to-day operations, the office promotes a strong sense of community and connection, providing a dynamic place for colleagues to support shared initiatives and make a positive impact. So far this year, the office has celebrated important milestones such as the first anniversary of All In and the 25th anniversary of IMPACT, while the One Ocean Leatherhead group has held a range of activities, including a trip to the Winchester Science Museum, a beach clean-up, and sustainability sessions for local schools.
The Leatherhead office also plays an active role in supporting the local community through fundraising efforts for charities such as LeatherHEAD START, which provides short-term accommodation for people experiencing homelessness, and The Links Centre 2030, which supports young people who are not in employment, education or training. Alongside this, the office also provides the backdrop for various holiday celebrations and events, giving colleagues the chance to have fun at Christmas parties and summer barbeques, and collectively create an environment where teamwork and engagement can thrive.
