IMPACT, KBR’s early-career employee group, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. Since 2001, IMPACT has brought together young professionals across nine global chapters and connected them with learning resources, mentorship, networking opportunities, leadership experience and volunteer opportunities.
To recognize this milestone, teams worldwide are planning events to celebrate IMPACT’s legacy and its continued role in supporting professional growth and engagement.


KBR team members celebrated Volunteer Week by making a positive impact in communities around the globe. KBR Leatherhead supported its local community with a £5K donation to the Mole Valley Community Fund, which strengthens grassroots initiatives that address local needs.
