On May 21, All In celebrated its first anniversary! The response has been nothing short of inspiring. It’s been amazing to see the activities, events, initiatives and charity work being done by our chapters around the world, as well as how many colleagues have gotten involved so far.
All In’s Lobito chapter (Angola, Africa) officially launched in December 2025. Since then, the chapter has held multiple events. Their first was a donation drive for a local orphanage attended by 50 colleagues! The team donated roughly 300 kilograms of food, along with toys. The second event focused on environmental preservation and marine conservation, specifically protecting sea turtles.

The All In Houston Chapter continues to drive strong engagement, with over 250 employees on its mailing list and more than 250 attendees at its inaugural Family Day.
The Houston IMPACT and All In chapters hosted close to 80 events in 2025. Well done to everyone involved!

The Leatherhead All In Chapter launched two brand-new initiatives over the past year. First is the new InTalks series, an informative, innovative and inclusive presentation series driven by colleagues. Second was the launch of “Connecting Parents and Carers,” a community which provides a supportive space for colleagues who balance their careers with caring responsibilities, whether for children, relatives or loved ones. It’s provided a great opportunity for managers and allies to learn how to better support parents and carers in their teams.
