Welcome to the Q1 2026 KBR Link!

Every quarter, it’s my privilege to welcome readers to a new issue of “KBR Link.” It has become a valuable channel for sharing exciting news and stories from across the global business. More importantly, it’s become a fantastic way for us to showcase our people. This quarter, I’m especially excited because we’re highlighting an important part of our global team — our intern and apprentice class.

Each year all over the world, KBR invites talented young people from all walks of life to join us for programs and initiatives specifically aimed at providing early work opportunities and on-the-job training. Moreover, we are actively offering these young people an in-depth look at what it’s like to work for a company that has a strong culture, that values its people, and that delivers work that truly matters in areas of global importance.

In this edition’s feature story, you’ll read about some of those internship and apprenticeship opportunities and the work our Early Careers teams are doing to build the next generation of talented experts in science, technology and engineering disciplines. In the People of KBR article, you’ll hear firsthand from some current and former interns about their journeys with the company. And across the publication in other stories, you’ll learn more about what we’re doing to strengthen our talent pipeline and to provide employee experiences and opportunities that are second to none.
