Living Our Values

The 2025 KBR Values Award Winners

From our team-based, people-focused culture, to our obsession with delivering for our customers, to our ethical operations, the ONE KBR Values are the bedrock KBR is built on. They are the characteristics we want the world to see and to know us for, and they guide everything we do.

That’s why the KBR Values Awards are special. They are presented to team members that embody what it means to live those values in their day-to-day work and in their behavior. These are people who lead from the front, by example — selfless yet determined to see the job done no matter what.

There are six awards, one for each value plus the Champion Award, given to the team member who embodies all five ONE KBR Values, exhibiting outstanding professional and personal dedication to our customers, colleagues, communities and mission.

It is KBR Link’s honor to present this year’s class of KBR Values Award Winners.

Jim Dzwonchyk exemplifies the ONE KBR value “We Value Our People” through his servant leadership, unwavering commitment to team development, and tireless advocacy for his colleagues. As senior technical advisor for Research Operations, Jim has cultivated a high-performing, resilient and empowered team that consistently delivers exceptional results.

In Q2 2025 alone, Jim led the RS Analytics team to complete six major projects, generating approximately $1.25 million in revenue. His leadership enabled unequalled analytic support to the Air Force Research Laboratory/RS leadership and decision-makers, with one government project lead praising the team’s “quality technical work, excellent communication, detailed reporting and documentation.”

Jim is deeply invested in the growth and success of his people. He knows each team member personally and professionally, places them in roles that align with their strengths, and helps them learn from and grow through their difficulties. He pairs junior staff with experienced mentors, encourages cross-training, and creates opportunities for emerging leaders to brief customers and lead initiatives. He also mentors his project leads, trusts them to make decisions, and fosters a culture of open dialogue and mutual respect. Chaitrali Durve

Manager

Infrastructure Solutions – Sustainable Tech

Chaitrali Durve joined KBR in July 2017, working with the RP03 Rehabilitation project in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Through this project, KBR provides technical advisory support to Sydney Water, a government–owned entity that provides potable drinking water, wastewater management and other services to Sydney, the Illawarra coastal region, and the Blue Mountains region.
