A Message From the Executive Leadership Team

Welcome to the special year-end edition of KBR Link!

What a year it’s been! Despite global geopolitical and economic headwinds, our people have remained steadfast in our commitment to our values and advanced strategically.

In 2025, thanks to our people and our global business model, we delivered solid financial and operational results, proving our agility and resilience. Of note was our ongoing commitment to Zero Harm, with exceptional safety and sustainability performance.

We created more opportunities for our people to belong, connect and grow through All In. We re-launched Mental Health First Aiders to create safe spaces and provide access to local mental health resources. We’ve won exciting new and repeat work. We’ve delivered value for our stakeholders. And we’ve announced the next evolution of KBR with the spinoff of Mission Technology Solutions, which will create new opportunities for our people and strengthen each company’s position in areas of global importance. We could only do that if you, our people, stay true to our mission and our values.

That’s why the feature for this edition of KBR Link highlights some of your colleagues who live those values and have been recognized with a 2025 KBR Values Award. In a holiday-themed “Fast Facts,” we highlight a few of those exciting wins we mentioned above. In “Global Connections,” you’ll get a sneak-peek at our new office location in Washington, D.C., where teams will have closer proximity to government and military decision-makers and help deliver solutions that keep the world safer and more secure.

There’s more to explore, and we hope you enjoy reading.

As we prepare for 2026, all the members of the ELT thank you for the hard work, dedication and accomplishments of 2025. The KBR team of teams is a model of excellence that does work that matters for people all over the world. We look forward to doing even more great things with you in the year ahead.

A Message from Stuart Bradie

KBR President and CEO

Welcome to KBR Link!

Before I tell you about this new edition, I want to share again some exciting news about the future of KBR. On September 24, 2025, we announced our plan to spin off Mission Technology Solutions into a new company. This move was part of our long-term strategy and was carefully considered by our board and executive leadership team. It positions KBR and the spinoff business for continued growth and innovation, and it will create exciting new opportunities for our people. I encourage you to read through the FAQs about the spinoff for more information. But I want to reiterate that this move should have little effect on the day-to-day business activities of our people. This is good news! And it will enable all of us to do more important work that matters to the rest of the world.

“We do things that matter.” We say that a lot here at KBR. And it’s true! But what does it mean to you?

The phrase covers a lot of ground. Every day, our people are harnessing deep domain expertise and delivering differentiated, technology-driven solutions to the world’s toughest challenges. That’s not an overstatement. The daily news is enough to remind us that these are extraordinary times. Our people are at the center of it all, from national defense to cybersecurity to space domain awareness to sustainable energy production. It’s something we should all take pride in. It’s part of who we are as a company.

What’s amazing is that while our people are out there changing the world, they also regularly give their time and resources to make a difference in their communities and the lives of their team members. All together, our people are a pretty astonishing group. I’m inspired every day by KBR’s culture of community and kindness — how our people go above and beyond to deliver for our customers with excellence and how we go the extra mile for others both inside and outside of work. That matters, and it’s why the theme of this issue of KBR Link is Inspired by Our Amazing People.

In this quarter’s feature story, we highlight just a few of the countless ways our people live our values through community engagement and volunteerism. In Functional Focus, guest contributor Dr. Ben Ochoa explores a few of the ways KBR is deploying digital technology to enhance our functional businesses. In Global Connections and People of KBR, you’ll learn about your colleagues in Singapore and other locations around the world. In Mindset, we’ve provided helpful tips for supporting team members who may be experiencing hardship. And there’s much more!

Our people inspire me every day. I hope you’ll take time to explore this edition and celebrate all the ways our team of teams is making a difference.

Enjoy!
