A Message from Stuart Bradie
KBR President and CEO

Welcome to KBR Link!
Before I tell you about this new edition, I want to share again some exciting news about the future of KBR. On September 24, 2025, we announced our plan to spin off Mission Technology Solutions into a new company. This move was part of our long-term strategy and was carefully considered by our board and executive leadership team. It positions KBR and the spinoff business for continued growth and innovation, and it will create exciting new opportunities for our people. I encourage you to read through the FAQs about the spinoff for more information. But I want to reiterate that this move should have little effect on the day-to-day business activities of our people. This is good news! And it will enable all of us to do more important work that matters to the rest of the world.
“We do things that matter.” We say that a lot here at KBR. And it’s true! But what does it mean to you?
The phrase covers a lot of ground. Every day, our people are harnessing deep domain expertise and delivering differentiated, technology-driven solutions to the world’s toughest challenges. That’s not an overstatement. The daily news is enough to remind us that these are extraordinary times. Our people are at the center of it all, from national defense to cybersecurity to space domain awareness to sustainable energy production. It’s something we should all take pride in. It’s part of who we are as a company.
What’s amazing is that while our people are out there changing the world, they also regularly give their time and resources to make a difference in their communities and the lives of their team members. All together, our people are a pretty astonishing group. I’m inspired every day by KBR’s culture of community and kindness — how our people go above and beyond to deliver for our customers with excellence and how we go the extra mile for others both inside and outside of work. That matters, and it’s why the theme of this issue of KBR Link is Inspired by Our Amazing People.
In this quarter’s feature story, we highlight just a few of the countless ways our people live our values through community engagement and volunteerism. In Functional Focus, guest contributor Dr. Ben Ochoa explores a few of the ways KBR is deploying digital technology to enhance our functional businesses. In Global Connections and People of KBR, you’ll learn about your colleagues in Singapore and other locations around the world. In Mindset, we’ve provided helpful tips for supporting team members who may be experiencing hardship. And there’s much more!
Our people inspire me every day. I hope you’ll take time to explore this edition and celebrate all the ways our team of teams is making a difference.
Enjoy!
