A Message from Stuart Bradie

KBR President and CEO

I’m proud to welcome you to another fantastic new edition of KBR Link.

Before I tell you about this exciting special issue, I wanted to share with you some news in the life of KBR. KBR was recently informed that the Global Household Goods Contract with U.S. TRANSCOM has been terminated. Through our joint venture (JV), HomeSafe Alliance, we were looking forward to the honor of transforming the relocation experience for service people and their families. However, the program encountered several challenges over the past few years. While this is disappointing news, I want to assure all our people that we have been prudent in not including JV earnings in our 2025 forecast, that the core KBR business remains strong, and that we remain focused on our long-term strategy. We will work with our JV partners on next steps, but in the meantime, we are incredibly proud of the work our people did to make HomeSafe happen. As with all our projects, our people were committed to delivering the best solutions for our clients. And that actually brings me to the theme of this edition of KBR Link — All In.

When I think about the people of KBR, I can proudly say that we don’t do anything halfway. When we have a goal, we set out to accomplish it.

So let me ask you a question: Are you All In? I am. But what does it mean to be All In at KBR?

It means bringing our employee value proposition to life in our local communities. It means coming together at our KBR locations and in our communities to create environments where all of us can belong, connect and grow.

On May 21, we celebrated the launch of five All In pilots around the world. Hundreds of KBR people joined the party and joined their new chapters. I was proud to be part of the festivities at Leatherhead and made sure everyone had their coffee.

In this issue’s feature article, including a short Q&A with KBR Chief People Office Jenni Myles, you’ll learn more about All In’s purpose and pilot structure and about next steps happening in a few months. In People of KBR, you’ll also meet the All In chapter leads. In Mindset, you’ll learn about some of the resources we make available at KBR to help our people safeguard and take proactive care of their mental well-being, including OK NoW (the ONE KBR Network of Well-being), which is part of All In. And you can also learn about opportunities for growing with KBR in Unlocking Potential, featuring KBR Pathways.

As always there’s a lot more to explore in this All In edition of KBR Link. Importantly, we want to make sure the All In community is a community for everyone at KBR. I encourage you to get involved. You can go to the All In SharePoint site to learn more about the community and the different groups you can join. Ultimately it’s about getting to know other team members, celebrating our culture and values, and working together to bring it all to life.

There’s no limit to what we can achieve when we’re All In together.

Happy reading!
