A Message from Stuart Bradie
KBR President and CEO
Welcome to another exciting new edition of KBR Link.
KBR’s Global Marketing and Communications team developed KBR Link back in 2020 as one of many tools for our people to connect, engage and stay informed about what’s going on across our global business. As part of our efforts to foster total inclusion at KBR for all our people, the purpose of this dynamic e-publication suddenly becomes even clearer and more crucial. It’s all about strengthening connections — to each other, to our values, and to our shared purpose as a company of doing work that matters.
Each quarter, the pages of KBR Link are filled with stories about KBR people and the exciting, meaningful work we’re doing together. They are stories about our culture and about how regardless of where on Earth we’re working we are pulling together as ONE KBR. We’re winning new work in critical areas. We’re developing and bringing cutting-edge new technologies to market. We’re helping solve the greatest challenges of our time. It seems like every week we’re celebrating an important achievement or milestone. That’s what this issue is about — celebrating our shared successes.
In the feature story, you’ll hear from our executive leadership team about our recent recognitions as a great company from Forbes and Glassdoor, and about our incredible 10th anniversary Zero Harm Day celebrations. In the People of KBR section, you’ll meet the inspiring new cohort of KBR Values Awards winners. You’ll revisit how our world-class experts at the KBR Aerospace Environment Protection Lab were featured in the Amazon Prime Video documentary, “The Blue Angels.” And there’s much more.
Of course, it all comes back to our people, our values and our culture. KBR Link — KBR as a company — couldn’t exist without each member of our team of teams. I hope as you read through this edition that you’ll take a moment to reflect on your own contributions to our mission and how far we’ve come together. Hopefully that inspires us all to keep the momentum going and the celebrations coming!
Who knows? Maybe you’ll see yourself in these pages soon!
Happy reading!
