Welcome to the Q3 2024 edition of KBR Link!

Subjectively I think every new edition is special. But this one really is because it captures the company at a historic moment. We’ve been executing on our vision across all fronts, winning exciting work, closing a strategic acquisition, and making progress in our journey to be the best possible company to work for.

In that spirit, the theme for this edition is “Growth, Development, Evolution.”

The feature story this quarter highlights our announced restructuring and how it will better align our capabilities, create opportunity for our people and our customers, and help us win more business. We’re also pleased to feature some of our business development folks in the People of KBR. This quarter’s Unlocking Potential section gives detail into Check-in Conversations, a critical part of our KBR Agile Performance and Development platform, as well as some career development opportunities available to our people. And we’re proud to highlight the excellent work being done by our Armed Forces Community employee resource group.
