Welcome to the Q1 2024 edition of KBR Link!

I love looking through this publication every quarter. I’ve said before: KBR Link is important because it tells stories about our people, our shared vision, our connection to our values and each other, and how together we’re doing great things that matter to the rest of the world.

We had another outstanding year at KBR in 2023. That performance led to fantastic growth — the theme of this edition — in many different ways.

In the feature story, you’ll read about how our business grew across the board, about some of the marquee wins that contributed, and about what’s on the horizon. In ‘Unlocking Potential,’ a new recurring feature, you’ll read about our Talent Development efforts and how we’re helping our people be proactive and grow in their careers.
