We were delighted to share our 2023 People Perspectives Survey (PPS) Results with you in October. The results collate the views of more than 17,000 of our people and provide fascinating insights into your working lives. They also show us the areas where we are excelling at KBR and where we need to improve too. This year was also the first time we were able to run an additional survey for project hires, the PPS Plus. Fundamentally, the survey gives us a brilliant tool to deploy across the rest of 2023 and in 2024 to make sure KBR is a great place to work.
Our cycle of information-gathering, analysis and improvement-making is vital as we continue to enhance the working lives of all our people. A headline statistic this year was that 84% of our people believe KBR is a Great Place to Work — an increase of 2% in 2022 and 4% in 2021. Next year, among our top priorities will be continuing our multifaceted efforts to support managers, who are integral to driving our business and our culture, and reinforcing our Belong/Connect/Grow Employee Value Proposition, which is central to providing our people with the best possible experience.
