This year, KBR has taken another big step forward in becoming the best possible company to work for by implementing new people initiatives across the organization. In 2022, we enhanced our annual People Perspectives survey, hosted by Great Place to Work, and extended the survey scope to reach more employees. The survey will take place again next year, and we will continue to measure our results and track progress to ensure we are continuously improving our organization.
Additionally, the way we approach individual performance and development is changing in 2023. Based off a successful pilot completed this year, KBR will be introducing Agile Performance and Development. This new approach is more modern and focuses on connections to enhance performance and personal development, to create more effective leaders, and to promote our culture of trust, transparency and accountability.

Our commitment to our people’s development, progression and job satisfaction continues to be a top priority for KBR as we head into the new year. After a successful pilot, a new leadership training initiative called The Frontline Leaders program will be rolled out in 2023. The program targets talented people who are transitioning into frontline leadership roles for the first time and will help build emotional awareness and develop skills such as influencing, motivating, coaching and business acumen, making managers better equipped to support their teams.
