Delivering Success
Celebrating the People Behind the Projects
Every day, our people are doing great things that matter to the rest of the world, developing and delivering solutions that help our customers accomplish their most critical objectives. But without talented and dedicated business development expertise, we wouldn’t have the access we need to take those solutions to market, or opportunities to take our business further.
We’re proud to feature just a few of those global team members who — despite a pandemic, global shutdowns and the rise of virtual working — have continued helping us win work and enabling us to deliver solutions that are changing the world while maintaining a continual appetite for professional growth.
We also thank and acknowledge all of those not listed here who are helping us deliver on our mission and execute with excellence.

A close, trusted client of Harmonic’s for several years, Ascent Flight Training delivers flight training to the UK Ministry of Defence with work focused on change planning and data analysis. The biggest current program is a full end-to-end plan for Ascent's flight training delivery that integrates multiple parts of the organization, including finance, operations and human resources.
Paul’s role is to build confidence in Harmonic’s delivery. He facilitates the link between the team and their customers, and his unique understanding of the customer’s problems enables the team to design a bespoke solution. Paul also oversees the people in the Harmonic delivery team, supporting their exceptional delivery to the customer.
