A Year of Celebrating our People
In 2020, Our business completed a tremendous transformation into the solutions-oriented, technology-driven, people-focused company of the future.
This year, amid an ongoing pandemic, we worked together and accelerated that vision.
We delivered solutions that matter to the rest of the world.
We executed on our mission with excellence and positioned ourselves for growth across all our markets, while always abiding by strong environmental, social and governance principles.
And we turned inward to strengthen our culture of teamwork, inclusion and shared purpose — a culture in which all employees feel valued and supported.
Whether we were launching new employee-driven groups to create community, bringing new sustainable technology solutions to market, or equipping and preparing humankind to explore the cosmos and keep us safe here on Earth, our people — our team of teams — ensured this was a year of opportunity and achievement.
Here’s a look back on 2021 and some of the victories we won on our shared journey toward a brighter future for KBR and the world around us.
