KBR’s New Global Inclusion & Diversity Community

KBR recently announced an exciting step in our journey toward being a more inclusive and equitable company for everyone — the launch of All In, a new global community dedicated to strengthening KBR’s Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) culture. All In acts as an umbrella network that brings together existing KBR employee resource groups (ERGs) that are specifically geared toward promoting, educating and raising awareness around I&D. These include ASPIRE, Pride & Allies and the new Global Parents Network launching at the end of 2021.

All In has been created to connect KBR employees and leaders who are passionate about I&D and to provide access to resources, educational tools, training opportunities and information about events supporting these initiatives. All In will also help ensure that ERGs and volunteers are aligned with KBR’s global I&D goals.

Working in cooperation with KBR’s I&D Council and the global Human Resources team, the All In community focuses on five I&D Cornerstones that reflect value-based behaviors for supporting inclusion and diversity in key demographics within KBR. These Cornerstones address the most common and urgent areas globally, but as the community makes progress, the Cornerstones could change and grow over time.

The five All In Cornerstones support:

• Women – led by ASPIRE
• Racial and Ethnic minorities
• LGBTQIA+ community – led by Pride & Allies
• Veterans
• Individuals with Disabilities

The All In community will enable ERGs with an I&D-exclusive focus to operate collaboratively, while still retaining local independence to serve the needs of their group and their office or business. The community will also work to develop and make available I&D-related content and resources, as well as a centralized calendar of events, that all interested KBR employees can easily access and browse.
