“More Than Just Counseling:” KBR Employee Support Program Helps Workers Achieve Total Well-being
KBR is often known as the team behind the warrior — the ones behind the scenes helping our customers to achieve their mission. But who supports us?
As a part of KBR’s Zero Harm values, the company takes pride in its people and its uncompromising commitment to quality of life, health and safety for all, both at work and at home. Powered by Workplace Options, an independent provider of well-being solutions, KBR’s new employee support program (ESP) was carefully chosen to aid those who help KBR thrive in the first place — you.
What is the ESP?
KBR’s ESP is a free, confidential service available for employees that provides useful information and practical support on a wide range of work and personal issues. A team of highly trained and qualified professionals who are experts in numerous fields, such as well-being, family matters, relationships, debt management, employment issues and consumer rights, staff the program. You can be confident that the information you receive is accurate, up to date and relevant to your particular circumstances.

“It is so much more than just counseling. There is individualized help. Try the website — you will be amazed at the resources.”
BETHANY SPURRIER, KBR DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL BENEFITS
The ESP can support you through difficult times if you need extra support, feel alone or would simply like an independent ear. It can also save you precious time and legwork when dealing with everyday practical issues, such as finances. Overall, using the ESP could help reduce stress and anxiety, improve your well-being, and free you up to focus on other things.

Is it really free?

You can use the service as many times as you want to. There is no limit.
Do I have to be in crisis to use the ESP?
