A Message from the KBR Executive Leadership Team

In a May 2020 message to the company, our President and CEO Stuart Bradie said that the lasting lessons of this unprecedented time would be ones of community and adaptability. As the year draws to a close, those words have proven prescient. Over and over again, KBR, in the midst of our visionary reimagining, has shown itself to be a living, agile, people-driven company. Despite the immense challenges we’ve faced, our ONE KBR team of teams has stood strong together. Our people have continued to execute on our mission — delivering results for our customers, contributing to our consistently strong financial performance, and driving operational excellence across the entire company. And they have done so while living our Zero Harm commitment to safety and sustainability. It has been a challenging year, but also one with many accomplishments. We capitalized on momentum we were already gaining and accelerated efforts toward being a more agile, technology-enabled and resilient company. This included a strategic portfolio realignment and the launch of our Reimagining How We Deliver initiative. We introduced our Global Mental Health and Well-being and Inclusion and Diversity Committees, which affirmed our commitment to supporting our people, to ensuring that everyone feels like a valued part of the ONE KBR family, and to becoming an employer of choice for the best, diverse talent. We unveiled several new communication methods to help employees and customers alike stay connected — whether linking up on MS Teams, staying “In Touch” with Stuart through his vlog, displaying our thought leadership in the Vision Series, or celebrating new and repeat contract awards in the Win Report. And we did it all in the middle of the worst global health crisis in a century. Those are only a few examples! One would need only to go back and view previous issues of KBR Link to relive more of our victories, and it’s certainly worth your time to do so. But to make re-experiencing many of those moments easier, we’re proud to introduce the first end-of-year edition of KBR Link. In this exciting year in review, you can
