A Look Back on a Year Like No Other

How Will You Remember 2020?

When trying to describe the year we’ve all had, choosing the right words can be tricky. Unprecedented. Challenging. Extraordinary.

Whatever the words, they can feel like an understatement compared to the reality of this year’s events. It’s been unconventional. It’s been weird. Let’s face it, at times it’s just been plain hard. However, despite everything it’s thrown at us, 2020 has also been remarkably transformational.

At KBR, it’s been a year of opportunity — a chance to look inward, to take what we were already doing well and go further. To learn, grow and adapt. To think differently. To embrace change and new ideas. To reimagine what’s possible.

Through it all, there have been Four Words guiding us: Passion, Trust, Sustainability and Teams.

In one of the strangest years in recent memory, in the midst of a global health crisis, our team of teams lived these principles, pulled together as ONE KBR, and soared to great new heights. And that’s worth celebrating. So from a year filled with big moments, here are a few that all of us at KBR can look back on and be proud of.
