Reimagining How We Support Our People

KBR’s Reimagining initiative focuses on the evolution of our culture, our work practices and our workplaces. The central element across these three areas is our people. It is therefore crucial that we provide the best support for our employees, allowing them to thrive in the workplace, both physically and mentally. KBR’s Chief People Officer, Jenni Myles, is helping to drive this program globally across KBR with the aim of creating a more positive and supportive workplace culture. Resources at Your Fingertips

Each of us is in our own place on a spectrum of mental health that is influenced by internal and external factors. Our mental health affects the way we approach our lives, including the way we perform our jobs or other tasks. At KBR, we’re committed to providing employees with resources to help proactively stay mentally fit in their personal and professional lives. These include our global Employee Assistance Program, administered through our partner, Workplace Options. Employees and their family members may confidentially access resources for a wide range of areas, including legal, financial and household services, dependent care, wellness needs, and more.
