KBR Employee Guidelines
We highly encourage our employees to create personal social media accounts and include KBR as their employer. We have numerous resources available online, including useful tips, social media graphics for holidays and special occasions, LinkedIn banners, and more.
Employees should follow KBR's social media pages and like, comment, and share company news.
KBR's Social Media Policy outlines specific guidelines that all KBR employees must abide by when acting on social media. Please ensure that your profile is in accordance with the policy. As a quick reference, please note the following:
- Only authorized KBR Communications department personnel are permitted to utilize social media on behalf of the company or to distribute authorized information regarding the company.
- Employees may not use the KBR logos or letterhead on social media sites.
- Employees may not disclose any proprietary information about the company.
- Employees must abide at all times with all legal and ethical requirements of KBR as specified in the company’s Code of Business Conduct.
KBR has a writing style guide that is a resource for writing in KBR’s house writing style. These guidelines and tips are meant to be a helpful reference for anyone who writes for KBR — whether you work in marketing and communications, human resources, business development, or any other department or business group.
KBR Recruiter Guidelines
It is not permissible to create a business page on behalf of KBR; however, employees may create their profiles that designate them as a recruiter on behalf of the company. When acting as an individual recruiter on social media, please abide by the abovementioned policies.
KBR’s Marketing and Communications team can assist in creating recruiting campaigns and provide any assets or marketing materials as needed to ensure all materials are approved and in compliance with KBR’s brand. For assistance, contact Kayla.Wilkinson@kbr.com and Marcie.Hicks@us.kbr.com.
