What accommodation is already booked?

Accommodation is covered for everyone for the core nights of Monday 5 February, Tuesday 6 February and Wednesday 7 February, with check-out on Thursday 8 February.

Can I add on extra nights either side of this booking for work purposes, and if so, how?

If you are looking to stay extra nights either side of the core dates for work purposes, then please complete the form accordingly by Friday 19 January. We will then provide the venue with a single collated list. The cost of additional nights will be a separate business expense and will need to be settled by individuals on departure from the venue.

If after the 19 January you decide you need extra nights, you will need to contact the venue directly: Contact Us (Stay, Dine or Host) - Q STATION

Can I add on extra nights for an extended personal trip (sightseeing, visiting friends / family etc), and if so how?

Yes, this should be possible if the venue has availability. You’ll need to check this directly with the venue and all costs should be met by individuals: Contact Us (Stay, Dine or Host) - Q STATION

What other facilities does the venue have?

The venue has lots to offer, including great places to eat and drink, as well as specific themed events and other activities including yoga, tours and outdoor games. You can find out more on their website: Q STATION - HOME

When will we see an agenda?

We’re just finalising the main agenda, including evening activities, and will aim to share this in the coming weeks. Once ‘live’ we’ll be sure to let you know.

Can I make separate evening plans during the event?

We have some great activities planned each evening of the event, which form part of the overall agenda, so we’d ask you throw your energy into these during the week.

How do I find out who else is attending?

We’ll publish a full list of attendees once we have final numbers confirmed. As with the agenda, once live we’ll let you know.

Will there be time built in to connect with colleagues beyond the formal sessions?

Absolutely! For all those that attended the previous event in the UK last year, we’ve listened to your positive feedback on the formal / informal balance of the event, and have once again aimed to make sure there is plenty of time to build those connections.

What is the dress code?

The million-dollar question for all these events... ‘what is the person next to me going to be wearing?’. This event will be smart casual, including smart shorts. It will be hot!
